We aim to have all purchases made and dispatched within 7 days, usually it is much quicker than this.
If a customer fails to take delivery of goods when a delivery has been made we reserve the right to charge for any any charges incurred through redelivery or if a wrong address was given during the order process. Goods sent via Royal Mail are not considered lost until 15 working days has passed. All goods will be packaged appropriately in the event of damage, this must be recorded when the parcel is signed for.
Cancellations are not accepted as orders once placed are final. We will not issue refunds as the nature means the product is not reusable or resalable. If your artwork is not received within 5 working days a refund will be automatically issued. If in the event of being unsatisfied with the goods you have received, please contact us within 5 working days.
Returns will only be accepted if we are found at fault.
Our monitors and printers are calibrated, however there is always (however marginal) going to be a difference from your monitor to the final print. We will contact you if there is an obvious colour cast or issue, we suggest that you make an initial test print through the service to confirm that future prints will turn out how you want them.
